Aaron Boysen Memorial Scholarship

The Aaron Boysen Memorial Scholarship has been established to celebrate the life and professional work of Aaron Boysen. Aaron lived a full life that passionately focused on three areas – family, agriculture, and his work at Kent. Aaron’s devotion to these, left a lasting impression on those who came in contact with him both personally and through working with him during his more than 30 years at Kent.

This is why Kent has chosen to set up a memorial scholarship fund in his honor. Aaron’s life and commitment to both Kent and the beef, swine, and show feeds industries is something that should be both celebrated and remembered. So, to make this possible, Kent has developed the Aaron Boysen Memorial Scholarship to help others live out Aaron’s passion and further impact even more people in the world he loved – agriculture.

While Aaron ended his battle with pancreatic cancer on October 5, 2018, the impact of his life will continue for decades. Therefore, it is the goal of the Aaron Boysen Memorial Scholarship to help us remember Aaron’s contributions, celebrate his life, and inspire others to live out their dreams in agriculture.

If you would like to support the future of agriculture and honor Aaron’s legacy, please consider donating to this scholarship fund. Contribution checks may be made out to: Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine. Please add: “Aaron Boysen Memorial Scholarship” in the Memo line.
